{"id":3379,"date":"2026-03-05T02:59:27","date_gmt":"2026-03-05T02:59:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.readyprepheal.com\/?p=3379"},"modified":"2026-03-05T02:59:27","modified_gmt":"2026-03-05T02:59:27","slug":"chocolate-date-cookie-bars","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.readyprepheal.com\/?p=3379","title":{"rendered":"CHOCOLATE DATE COOKIE BARS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>COOKIE LAYER INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 Cups Bob\u2019s Red Mill Paleo Baking Flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd Teaspoon Baking Soda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd Cup Salted Butter, Melted<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bc Cup Maple Syrup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/3 Cup Arrowroot<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CARAMEL DATE LAYER INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>22 Dates, Pitted<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 Teaspoons Vanilla Bean Powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bc Cup Maple Syrup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 Cups Cashews<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 Cups Water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CHOCOLATE TOPPING<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7oz Bag Date Dark Chocolate Chips<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ASSEMBLY<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat the oven to 350.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make the cookie layer by adding all of the ingredients to a food processor.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process until fully mixed and combined.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Line a 7 \u00bd X 11 baking dish with parchment paper.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer the cookie mixture to the lined baking dish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press the cookie dough down until evenly distributed and flat.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake for 28 &#8211;
