INGREDIENTS
2 Medium Sized Yellow Onions Sliced
4 Tablespoons Grass-fed Butter
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 LB Grass-fed Ground Beef
¼ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Pasture Free-Range Egg
1 Tablespoon Blanched Almond Flour
½ Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized frying pan melt butter and add onion and garlic. Sauté on low until brown, translucent and fragrant. This takes time but it’s worth it!
- In a large mixing bowl combine beef, almond milk, egg, and flour. Mix very well until all the liquid is absorbed.
- Form into 4 burger patties.
- Heat your grill to 400° – 450°F.
- Place your burger patties on the grill for 5 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 3 minutes.
- Top burgers with cheese and onions, and grill for an addition 2 minutes.
- Serve with choice of veggies.
