INGREDIENTS
½ LB Halloumi Sliced into 8 Pieces Brushed with Balsamic and Avocado Oil
½ Cup Grape Tomatoes Sliced
½ Cup Red Onion Sliced
4 Sliced Uncured and Gluten Free Bacon Cooked and Chopped
4 Cups Spring Mix
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
2 Teaspoons Balsamic Dressing
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
ASSEMBLY
- In a small mixing bowl combine the avocado oil, Dijon, and the balsamic dressing. Mix well.
- Preheat grill to medium roughly 350° F.
- Grill cheese until lightly brown on each side. Few minutes on both sides.
- In a large bowl combine tomatoes, onion, spring mix, and salad dressing.
- Mix well and top with bacon and grilled cheese.
