Greek Hummus

INGREDIENTS
8oz Plain Hummus
3oz Crumbled Feta
1/4 Teaspoon Dill
1/2 Cup Cucumber Diced mixed with 1 Tablespoon AVO, 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic, 1/4 Teaspoon Salt.
1/2 Cup Grape Tomatoes Diced
1/4 Cup Kalamata Olives Chopped

ASSEMBLY

  1. In a small serving dish cover the bottom with the hummus.
  2. Top the hummus with the cucumber mixture, tomatoes and olives.
  3. Sprinkle with dill and top with feta.
  4. Serve with fresh veggies.
