Italian Chicken with Roasted Tomatoes and Zoodles!

CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
3 Chicken Breasts
1/2 Cup Coconut Aminos
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Basil
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

TOMATO INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Grape Tomatoes Sliced
1/4 Cup Red Onion Sliced
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

ZOODLE INGREDIENTS
2 Zucchini Zoodled
3 Tablespoons of Avocado Oil
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder

1. In a small mixing bowl add chicken marinade ingredients. Mix well and marinate chicken.
2. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine all tomato ingredients.
3. In a large mixing bowl combine all zoodle ingredients.
4. In a large baking dish add zoodles, then chicken, and top with tomatoes.
5. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
