INGREDIENTS
1 ½ LBS Chicken Wings
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup Coconut Aminos
1/2 Cup No Sugar Added Ketchup
3 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons Sliced Green Onions, for Garnish
2 Teaspoons Arrowroot
ASSEMBLY
- Place the chicken wings in an air fryer basket.
- Fry at 400F for 40 minutes, flipping once at 20 minutes.
- While the wings are in the air-fryer, make the sauce.
- In a small sauce pan add the garlic, honey, coconut aminos, ketchup, coconut sugar, ACV, and sesame oil.
- Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and heat on low, whisking often.
- When the sauce is fully heated, whisk in the arrowroot until smooth.
- Continue whisking until the sauce has thickened.
- When the wings are done cooking add them to a medium sized mixing bowl.
- Top the wings with the sauce and mix together until fully coated.
- Plate and top with the green onions.
