INGREDIENTS
Avocado Oil to drizzle
1 ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 ¼ Cup Cassava Flour
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
½ Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
2 Tablespoons of Water
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized mixing bowl add the yogurt, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer add the cassava flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.
- Add the Greek yogurt mixture to the ingredients in the stand mixer. Mix until fully combined, and then mix in the water.
- Preheat the oven to 475.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes on medium speed, continuously scraping down the sides.
- Drizzle the avocado oil on a slice of parchment paper big enough for a large sized pizza crust.
- Form the dough into a ball then flatten out on the oil and shape into a large thin pizza crust. The thinner the better.
- Top with your favorite tomato sauce, cheese, and toppings.
- Bake on a pizza stone or pizza pan for 14 – 16 minutes.
- Transfer to a cooling rack, allow to cool, slice and serve.
