3LBS Brisket
1/2 Cup Tomato Paste
1/4 Cup Cumin
1/4 Cup Paprika
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
4 Teaspoons Salt
1.5 Tablespoons Onion Powder
3 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
1/2 Cup Coconut Aminos
1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup Beef Bone Broth
- In a medium sized bowl add all of the ingredients with the exception of the meat. Mix well to form a sauce.
- Pour half of the sauce in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the meat to the slow cooker and pour the remaining sauce over the meat.
- Cook on low for 10 hours.
- Flip the meat over every couple hours.
- After 9 ½ hours of cooking, shred the meat.
- It might be a little tough, but use some force with a fork and it will shred.
- Add the shredded meat back to the slow cooker with the sauce. Mix well.
- Continue cooking on low for the remaining hour.
- The meat will be juicy and tender. Mix until the sauce fully coats all of the meat.
- This can be served in so many different ways!
- You can make sandwiches, tacos, salads, nachos, chili, and even pizza.
