CHICKEN MARINADE INGREDIENTS
3 Chicken Breasts Cut into Strips or Bite-Size Chunks
½ Cup Avocado Oil
½ Cup Coconut Aminos
1 Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
2 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
BANG BANG SAUCE INGREDIENTS
½ Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
½ Tablespoon Chili Paste
1½ Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
1 Tablespoon Coconut Aminos
½ Tablespoon Sriracha
WRAP INGREDIENTS
6 Tortillas
Cucumbers Sliced
Red Onion Sliced
Cabbage Shredded
Green Leaf Lettuce Shredded
Cilantro Chopped
ASSEMBLY
- Marinate the chicken by adding the oil, coconut aminos, salt, sugar, vinegar, and garlic powder to a medium sized bowl. Mix together until fully combined.
- Add the chicken and marinate for 8 – 24 hours.
- Make the Bang Bang Sauce by adding all of the ingredients to a small bowl, and mix together until fully combined.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
- Preheat the grill to high heat, roughly 550° F.
- Grill the skewers for 4 minutes, flipping only once, then grill for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side.
- Plate the tortillas and top with the veggies and chicken. Drizzle the Bang Bang Sauce on top and serve.
