½ Cup Yellow Onion Sliced
½ Cup Green Pepper Sliced
¼ Cup Sliced Kalamata Olives
1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil Chopped
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized mixing bowl combine almond flour, cassava flour, coconut flour, salt, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- In a large sized mixing bowl combine avocado oil, eggs and vinegar. Mix well with an electric mixer.
- With an electric mixer begin to slowly combine your dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- If the dough is too thick for your mixer then you can combine all ingredients by hand.
- Divide the dough into two.
- Oil 2 baking sheets or pizza pans with avocado oil.
- Press the dough onto your baking sheets and form into the shape of a pizza. You can do this either with a rolling pan or with your hands. This dough has a thick texture so it’s best to get your dough as thin as possible.
- Bake the dough for 10 minutes at 350° Fahrenheit.
- In a small mixing bowl combine marinara and ricotta to make a creamy tomato sauce.
- Top the pizza dough with creamy tomato sauce, mushrooms, onion, pepper, olives and mozzarella.
- Bake for 15 – 17 minutes.
- Then broil until cheese is brown and bubbly.
- Top with basil and serve.
