INGREDIENTS
½ Yellow Onion Sliced
2 Tablespoons Grass-fed Butter
¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Cup Sour Cream
½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized frying pan melt butter and add onion, garlic and salt. Sauté until brown, translucent and fragrant.
- In a food processor add onions, sour cream, heavy cream and onion powder.
- Process until smooth.
- Chill and Serve.
