INGREDIENTS
3 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
3 Teaspoons Stone Ground Mustard
24 Drops Liquid Monk Fruit
1 ½ Teaspoons Minced Garlic
1 ½ Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
5oz Arugula
½ Cup Shredded Radicchio
¼ Cup Red Onion Sliced
½ Cup Grape Tomatoes Sliced
¼ Cup Sunflower Seeds
ASSEMBLY
- In a small mixing bowl add avocado oil, mustard, garlic, and vinegar. Whisk well.
- In a large salad bowl add arugula,
radicchio tomatoes, red onion, and salad dressing. - Coat salad with the dressing and top with sunflower seeds.
