Brunch Burgers


INGREDIENTS
4 Slices of Bacon Cooked and Finely Chopped
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Onion Diced
1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1.5 LBS Ground Beef
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Extra Sharp Cheddar to Top Optional
6 Eggs Cooked Over Easy to Top

ASSEMBLY

  1. In a large mixing bowl add bacon, raw egg, onion, Worcestershire, salt, almond milk, and garlic. Mix well.
  2. Add ground beef and mix well.
  3. Once ingredients are fully mixed, form 6 patties.
  4. Heat grill to 400° – 450°F.
  5. Place burger patties on the grill for 5 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 3 minutes. Top with cheese if using and grill for another minute or two.
  6. Top each patty with an over easy egg.
