Chicken and Broccoli Pizza with Cashew Alfredo

CASHEW ALFREDO INGREDIENTS
1.5 Cups Raw Cashews Soaked in Almond Milk or Water Over Night
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Granules or Powder
1.5 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
3/4 Teaspoons Salt

PIZZA INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Cashew Alfredo (Or more!)
1 GF Pizza Crust (We used @cappellos)
1/4 Cup Red Onion Sliced
1 Cup Cooked Chicken Breasts Sliced
1/2 Broccoli Chopped
Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning

SAUCE ASSEMBLY

1. Drain cashews.
2. Throw all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
   PIZZA ASSEMBLY
3. Preheat oven according to pizza crust instructions.
4. Top pizza crust with sauce, toppings and then sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
5. Bake according to pizza crust instructions or until crust becomes golden brown.
