Meatloaf


INGREDIENTS
1 LB Ground Beef
1/4 Cup Celery Diced
1/4 Cup Onion Diced
2 Tablespoons Almond Milk
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Coconut Aminos
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup No Sugar Added Ketchup, we used @primalkitchenfoods
Salt and Pepper to Top

ASSEMBLY

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine celery, onion, almond milk, egg, almond flour, salt, coconut aminos, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  2. Add ground beef to mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Place mixture into a meatloaf pan, sprinkle with a couple dashes of salt and pepper. Top with ketchup.
  4. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
