CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
Whole Chicken
Salt
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Chili Powder
Thyme
Onion Powder
Rosemary
HONEY MUSTARD INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Mayo
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Yellow Mustard
1/8 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon Allulose Sweetener
GREEN BEANS
Fresh Green Beans Cleaned and Trimmed
2 – 3 Tablespoons of Ghee
Coconut Aminos
ASSEMBLY
1. Generously coat the chicken with
the seasonings.
2. Slow cook on low for 8 hours.
3. In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients for the honey mustard. Mix well and chill until ready to serve.
4. In a medium sized skillet add the ghee and melt.
5. Add the beans and a few generous splashes of the coconut aminos.
6. Sauté until desired texture.
7. Serve the chicken with the honey mustard and green beans.
