SLOW COOKER BEEF STEW

INGREDIENTS

3 LBS Beef Chuck Roast, Cleaned and Trimmed Cut into Chunks

1 Cup Celery Chopped

1 Cup Onions Chopped

2 Russet Potatoes Chopped

1 Cup Carrots Chopped

2 Cups Beef Bone Broth

15oz Tomato Sauce

½ Cup Coconut Aminos

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt

½ Teaspoon Thyme

½ Teaspoon Rosemary

1 Cup Peas

2 Tablespoons Arrowroot

ASSEMBLY

  1. Add the bone broth, tomato sauce, and coconut aminos to the slow cooker.  Mix well. 
  2. Add the garlic powder, salt, thyme, and rosemary to the slow cooker.  Mix well.
  3. Add the beef, celery, onions, carrots, and potatoes to the slow cooker. 
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours. 
  5. After 7 hours mix in the peas and the arrowroot.  Cook for the remaining hour.
  6. Serve, and ENJOY!
