CRISPY AIR-FRYER BUFFALO WINGS & BUTTERMILK RANCH

WING INGREDIENTS

1 ½ LBS Raw Chicken Wings

3 Tablespoons Butter

1 Cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

BUTTERMILK RANCH INGREDIENTS

½ Cup Buttermilk

½ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

½ Cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise

1 tsp White Wine Vinegar

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Dried Parsley

1/2 tsp Dried Dill

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

ASSEMBLY

  1. Make the dressing.  In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Whisk until fully combined.
  3. Chill until ready to serve.
  4. Make the chicken wings. Place the chicken wings in an air fryer basket.
  5. Fry at 400F for 40 minutes, flipping once at 20 minutes.
  6. While the wings are frying, heat a small sauce pan on low heat and melt the butter.
  7. Whisk in the hot sauce and let it simmer on low until wings are done.
  8. In a large mixing bowl add wings and sauce.
  9. Coat all of the wings with hot sauce mixture.
  10. ENJOY!
