INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
3/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
3 Egg Whites
3/4 Cup Cassava Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
3/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Powder
ASSEMBLY
1. Preheat your ice cream cone maker.
2. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth.
3. When the ice cream cone maker is heated, add 3 spoonful’s of the batter to the center of the cone maker.
4. Gently press the top down and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through.
5. Carefully remove the cone with a spatula and set on the counter.
6. Place the cone mold in the center and wrap the cone around the mold.
7. Let the cone sit in the mold for a few minutes until it’s fully cooled and formed.
8. Continue with the rest of the batter.
