PECAN INGREDIENTS
1 Cup of Pecans
3 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
1 Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Powder
WAFFLE INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Gluten Free Flour, Primal Palate
3 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
½ Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
2 Eggs
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Bean Powder
1/3 Cup Maple Creemee Nut Butter by Mixed up Foods
1/4 Cup Water
Oil Spray
ASSEMBLY
- Make the pecans by combining all of the ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl.
- Mix well until fully combined and place on a small baking sheet.
- Bake at 300 for 25 – 30 minutes, stirring every 5 – 10 minutes.
- Let the pecans cool in the pan and sauce will continue to thicken.
- Mix until the sauce fully coats the pecans.
- These pecans are incredible on ANYTHING or just as a sweet snack.
- Make the waffles by combining all of the ingredients to a food processor.
- The waffle batter is thick, and a food processor really helps combine all of the ingredients evenly.
- Process until smooth.
- Heat your waffle maker on high.
- Add the batter to the waffle maker.
- This batter is thick, so cook until fully heated through, and brown on both sides.
- Serve with the pecans and your favorite waffle toppings.
