INGREDIENTS
2 – 15oz Cans Cannellini Beans
4oz Diced Green Chiles
32oz Chicken Bone Broth
1 ½ LBS Chicken Breast
1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
15oz Green Salsa Verde or Tomatillo Salsa
1 Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
Large Handful of Cilantro Diced
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
ASSEMBLY
- Add all ingredients with the exception of the cilantro and heavy cream to a crockpot.
- Mix together and cook on low for 8 hours.
- At the 7 ½ hour mark shred chicken and add back into the crockpot with the heavy cream and cilantro.
- Cook on low for the remaining 30 minutes.
- Serve and ENJOY!
