1 Whole Chicken
½ Tablespoon Himalayan Pink Salt
1 ½ Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1 Teaspoon Rosemary
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized mixing bowl combine all of the seasonings. Mix well.
- Place chicken breast side up in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the top and the drumsticks with the seasoning mixture.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Cut chicken and serve.
- Shred any of the extra chicken and use for meals all week long!
