INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Grape Tomatoes, Cut into Chunks
2 Cups Sweet Corn Kernels
3 Tablespoons Red Onion Diced
1 Handful of Cilantro Chopped
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized bowl add the tomatoes, corn, red onion, and cilantro. Mix until fully combined.
- In a small mixing bowl add the EVOO, vinegar, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
- Add the oil mixture to the salad and mix until it’s evenly dressed.
