CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
4 Chicken Breasts cut into chunks
½ Cup Avocado Oil
¼ Cup Coconut Aminos
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
½ Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
2 Tablespoons Honey Mustard, No Sugar Added
AIOLI INGREDIENTS
¾ Cup Avocado Mayo
3 Tablespoons Honey Mustard, No Sugar Added
2 Teaspoons Coconut Sugar
ASSEMBLY
- Make the marinade by adding the oil, coconut aminos, vinegar, syrup, salt, and honey mustard to a small bowl. Mix until fully combined.
- Add the chicken to the marinade and marinate for 8 – 24 hours.
- In a small bowl make the aioli by adding the mayo, honey mustard, and coconut sugar. Mix until fully combined.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
- Preheat the grill to high heat, roughly 550° F.
- Grill the skewers for 4 minutes, flipping only once, then grill for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side.
- Serve the chicken with the aioli.
