Avocado Oil
1 Green Cabbage Head
4 Tablespoons Grass-fed Butter (Sub Avocado Oil for Vegan Option)
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
Himalayan Salt and Cracked Pepper
ASSEMBLY
- Slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick rounds.
- Brush a large baking dish with avocado oil
- In a single layer, set the cabbage rounds in the baking dish.
- In a small sauce pan on low heat, melt the butter.
- Add the garlic and slowly sauté on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add Italian Seasoning to the butter and mix.
- Brush each cabbage round with your butter mixture and sprinkle the top with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
