ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized mixing bowl combine almond flour, cassava flour, coconut flour, salt, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- In a large sized mixing bowl combine avocado oil, eggs and vinegar. Mix well with an electric mixer.
- With an electric mixer begin to slowly combine your dry ingredients to the egg mixture.
- If the dough is too thick for your mixer then you can combine all ingredients by hand.
- Divide the dough into two.
- Oil 2 baking sheets or pizza pans with avocado oil.
- Press the dough onto your baking sheets and form into the shape of a pizza. You can do this either with a rolling pan or with your hands. This dough has a thick texture so it’s best to get your dough as thin as possible.

- Top the pizza dough with pesto, mushrooms, cheese and bacon.
- Bake for 15 – 17 minutes.
- Then broil until cheese is brown and bubbly.
