CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
1 LB Ground Chicken
¼ Cup Avocado Oil
¼ Cup Tamari
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
½ Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
1 Tablespoon Monk Fruit Sweetener
ALMOND BUTTER INGREDIENTS
½ Cup Almond Butter
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
LETTUCE WRAP INGREDIENTS
1 Package Bibb Lettuce
2 Carrots Shredded or Sliced Into Ribbons
1 Bunch Green Onions Diced
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
Cilantro, Mushrooms, Waterchestnuts, Ginger, Sliced Almonds
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized pan over medium heat brown chicken.
- While the chicken is cooking combine avocado oil, tamari, garlic, Dijon, worcestershire, coconut flour and monk fruit in a small mixing bowl to create your chicken sauce.
- When chicken is fully cooked add your sauce to the pan. Mix until chicken is coated, keep on low heat while you prep your almond butter sauce.
- In a small bowl combine almond butter, garlic and avocado oil. Mix well.
- Prep your lettuce wraps by filling a piece of lettuce with chicken, vegetables and top with the almond butter sauce.
