Breaded Pork Chops

PORK INGREDIENTS
1LB Thin Cut Boneless Pork Chops
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Coconut Aminos
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Salt

BREADING INGREDIENTS
1.5 Cups Almond Flour
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs

TOMATO SAUCE INGREDIENTS
28oz Crushed Tomatoes
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Cup Tomato Sauce
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Avocado Oil

PORK ASSEMBLY

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl add almond milk, coconut aminos, Italian seasoning, and salt. Add pork and marinate.

    BREADING ASSEMBLY
  2. In a small mixing bowl combine Almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Set aside.

    TOMATO SAUCE ASSEMBLY
  3. In a medium sized sauce pan, add tomatoes, garlic, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning. Cook on low and bring to a simmer. Stirring occasionally.

    PORK ASSEMBLY
  4. In a medium sized bowl whisk together the eggs.
  5. Coat a large skillet with avocado oil.
  6. Working in batches, remove pork from marinade. Dip pork in the eggs, coat with breading, and set in the skillet.
  7. Brown pork chops on medium heat. When brown, gently flip and brown the other side. The breading can easily come off, so be gentle!
  8. When both sides are brown, add pork to the serving plates and top with tomato sauce.
