STEAK INGREDIENTS
1LB T-Bone Steak
1Tablespoon Chili Powder
½ Teaspoon Paprika
2 Teaspoons Himalayan Pink Salt
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder
½ Tablespoon Cumin
½ Cup Coconut Aminos
¼ Cup Lime Juice
½ Cup Avocado Oil
QUESO INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Heavy Cream
4oz Plain Cream Cheese
½ Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ Teaspoon Paprika
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar
4oz Diced Green Chiles (drained)
TACO INGREDIENTS

ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized mixing bowl add all of the steak ingredients with the exception of the T-Bone. Mix well until fully combined.
- Marinate the steak for 24 hours.
- Preheat the grill to High Heat roughly 550°F.
- While the grill is heating, make the queso.
- In a medium sized saucepan add the heavy cream, and heat over medium low.
- When the cream is fully heated, add the cream cheese. Whisk until the cream cheese is melted.
- Add the salt, garlic powder, and the paprika. Mix until fully combined.
- Add the cheese, and whisk together until completely melted.
- Add the green chiles, and whisk together. Keep on low heat until ready to serve. Mixing often.
- Place the steak on the grill for 5 minutes, flipping only once, then grill for an additional 4 minutes on the other side for a medium rare steak.
- Adjust cooking time based on personal preference
- Set aside for 10 minutes. Do not cover.
- Cut the steak into thin slices.
- Make the tacos by adding the steak and toppings to the tortillas. Top with warm queso.
