PORK INGREDIENTS
4LBS Pork Shoulder
2 Cups Beef Broth
½ Cup Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon Chipotle Powder
½ Tablespoon Garlic Powder
¼ Cup Cumin
½ Teaspoon Ground Cloves
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Coriander
1 Teaspoon Paprika
Salt / Pepper to Taste
SLAW INGREDIENTS
4 Cups Organic Slaw Mix
½ Cup Avocado Mayo
1 Tablespoon Sriracha
½ Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
1 Tablespoon Honey
½ Tablespoon Coconut Sugar
ASSEMBLY
- Prep the pork by adding all the ingredients (except for the pork) to the slow cooker.
- Mix the ingredients well and add the pork.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Flip the pork at 4 hours.
- Shred the pork at 7 hours. Add the pork back into the slow cooker, mix well and cook on low for the remaining hour.
- Make the slaw. Add all the ingredients to a small mixing bowl, mix well until fully combined.
- Add the honey sriracha to the slaw. Mix well and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Serve the pork and slaw on tortillas and top with your favorite taco toppings.
