INGREDIENTS
3/4 Cup Cassava Flour
1/2 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
1 Large Banana
1 Large Egg
3/4 Cup Milk
ASSEMBLY
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Grease a large pan with avocado oil and heat on medium low.
- Pour about 1/3 cups worth of batter per pancake onto the pan and form into a circle.
- Heat until fluffy and golden brown.
- Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite syrup and toppings.
