SLOPPY JOE INGREDIENTS
1 LB Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Onion Diced
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup Red Pepper Diced
1/4 Cup Green Pepper Diced
1/4 Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
1 Tablespoon Coconut Aminos
3 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
3/4 Cup No Sugar Added Ketchup
SHISHITO QUESO INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Shishito Peppers Finely Chopped
2 Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
4oz Plain Cream Cheese
1.5 Cups Shredded Cheddar, we use @organicvalley Mexican Blend
1/4 Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder
BOWL INGREDIENT IDEAS
French Fries, Potato Chips, or Potato Wedges
Lettuce, Onion, Tomatoes, Pickles, and Cheese
SLOPPY JOE ASSEMBLY
- Add ground beef to a small skillet. Brown the beef over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onions. Sauté until translucent.
- Add peppers, salt, and pepper.
- In a small bowl add coconut aminos, sugar, and ketchup. Mix well and add to the ground beef.
- Simmer on low.
SHISHITO QUESO ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized saucepan, combine the heavy whipping cream and cream cheese. Whisk on low until the cream cheese is melted.
- Add the peppers and shredded cheese. Whisk together until the cheese is melted.
- Add the seasonings and whisk together until fully combined and thickened to your desired consistency.
BOWL ASSEMBLY
- Add the Sloppy Joe’s and top with queso. Serve with the bowl sides.
