INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter, Sugar Free and Natural
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein, FlavCity Brand is the best
5 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Powder
1 Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
1 Cup My favorite is the Just Date Organic Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
ASSEMBLY
1. In a large mixing bowl add all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips.
2. Mix very well until fully combined. Use those muscles!
3. Place the batter in small baking dish lined with parchment paper, similar size to a loaf pan.
4. Press the batter down with your hands so it’s evenly distributed in the baking dish.
5. Make the chocolate topping by adding the chocolate chips to a small saucepan.
6. Heat the pan over low heat.
7. Stir constantly until the chocolate chips are all melted and the sauce is smooth.
8. Pour the chocolate over the bars and spread evenly with a spatula.
9. Refrigerate for several hours until the bars are firm.
10. Remove from the baking dish and carefully cut into desired bar size.
