INGREDIENTS
½ Cup Frank’s Red-Hot Sauce
½ Cup Wild Berry Preserves by Bionaturae or any Sugar-Free Berry Preserves
3 Tablespoons Butter
1 Tablespoon Coconut Sugar
1 ½ LBS Chicken Wings
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
ASSEMBLY
- Dry the wings with a paper towel.
- Add the wings to a large Ziploc baggie and evenly sprinkle the wings with baking powder.
- Seal the baggie and shake until the wings are fully coated with the baking powder.
- Place the chicken wings in an air fryer.
- Fry at 400F for 40 minutes, flipping once at 20 minutes.
- While the wings are frying, heat a small sauce pan on low heat and melt the butter.
- Whisk in the preserves, hot sauce, and coconut sugar.
- Let the sauce simmer on low until the wings are done.
- In a large mixing bowl add the wings and sauce.
- Evenly coat all of the wings with the hot sauce mixture.
