INGREDIENTS
1 ½ Cups Raw Macadamia Nuts Soaked in Water for a Minimum of 6 Hours
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
½ Teaspoon Himalayan Sea Salt
2 Tablespoons Water
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
ASSEMBLY
- In a food processor combine all ingredients and process until smooth. The consistency should be similar to ricotta cheese or hummus.
- Serve chilled with vegetables or naturally gluten free crackers.
- This can also be used as a vegan ricotta substitute.
