CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
2-3 Chicken Breasts
1/4 Cup Coconut Aminos
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
PESTO INGREDIENTS
2 Tablespoons Red Onion Diced
3 Large Handfuls of Cilantro
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup AVO
3 Tablespoons Toasted Pine Nuts
1/2 Teaspoon Lime Juice
CHICKEN ASSEMBLY
- In a small bowl combine all marinade ingredients. Mix well.
- Marinate chicken for at least and hour or two.
- In an air fryer, cook at 400 for 11 minutes.
PESTO ASSEMBLY - In a food processor combine all ingredients except the AVO.
- Pulse and slowly add AVO.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
