INGREDIENTS
2 LBS Grass-fed Ground Beef Cooked and Browned
4 Cups Peppers Diced (Green Bell, Shishito, or Anaheim)
1 Large Onion Diced
56oz Crushed Tomatoes
3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
2 – 15oz Cans of Kidney Beans
2 Cups Beef Bone Broth
3 Garlic Cloves Minced
1/4 Cup Coconut Aminos
1 Tablespoon Oregano
3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Himalayan Pink Salt
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Tablespoon Cumin
2 Handfuls Chopped Cilantro *Optional*
ASSEMBLY
1. Add all of the ingredients with the exception of the cilantro to a slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
3. Add cilantro.
4. Serve with your favorite chili toppings (jalapenos, cheese, corn, etc).
